DELIVERY

All orders are shipped via UPS or DHL . Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email that will notify you of the carrier and the track and trace number.

UPS STANDARD DELIVERY

Deliveries take 3 to 5 working days and are delivered between 8am- 7pm ( excludes Weekends & Bank Holidays)

UPS EXPRESS DELIVERY

Order before 1pm to receive your in 1 working day. Orders made after 2pm will take an additional working day ( excludes: Weekends & Bank Holidays)

ORDER ARRIVAL

Arrival time is an estimate and unfortunately cannot be guaranteed. We’ll do our best to ship your order as soon as possible so it can be delivered in a timely manner. During campaigns and sale, delivery can be longer.

INTERNATIONAL DUTIES AND TAXES

Duties and taxes are not included on all international orders. The charges will be responsible to be paid for by the customer and if refused, a small fee will be incurred.

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

Shipping to the following locations is currently unavailable due to postal restrictions – Afghanistan, Algeria, Bonaire, Sint Eustatius and Saba, Iran, Islamic Republic Of, Israel, North Korea, Democratic People's Republic Of, Pakistan, Russia and Syria.

If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase at BIONDA, you have the possibility to return unworn, unwashed, and undamaged products to us. We accept unworn bikinis and clothing bought in new condition with tags and liners attached within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. Please note all items marked sale are not eligible for a refund or exchange. Once we receive and approve your returned items, your refund will go back on the original form of payment. For sanitary reasons, please try on all swimwear over underwear.We accept returns within 14 days of the original purchase date.

HOW TO RETURN

• Pack the item(s) you wish to return. All items must be in their original condition for you to receive full refund
• Request return label at info@biondaswim.com
• Drop off the parcel at any UPS drop-off location of your convenience

REFUNDS

When your return has been received by our warehouse you will be notified by email. You will receive a full refund within 14 business days from receipt. The refund will be issued in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase, and in the same currency. Note that exact timing will depend on the bank or credit card issuer.
