All orders are shipped via UPS or DHL . Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email that will notify you of the carrier and the track and trace number.

UPS STANDARD DELIVERY

Deliveries take 4 to 5 working days and are delivered between 8am- 7pm ( excludes Weekends & Bank Holidays).

UPS EXPRESS DELIVERY

Order before 1pm (Mon-Fri) to receive your order in 1-3 working days in Spain. Orders made after 2pm will take an additional working day ( excludes: Weekends & Bank Holidays).

ORDER ARRIVAL

Arrival time is an estimate and unfortunately cannot be guaranteed. We’ll do our best to ship your order as soon as possible so it can be delivered in a timely manner. During campaigns and sale, delivery can be longer.

INTERNATIONAL DUTIES AND TAXES

Duties and taxes are not included on all international orders. The charges will be responsible to be paid for by the customer and if refused, a small fee will be incurred.

Shipping to the following locations is currently unavailable due to postal restrictions – Afghanistan, Algeria, Bonaire, Sint Eustatius and Saba, Iran, Islamic Republic Of, Israel, North Korea, Democratic People's Republic Of, Pakistan, Russia and Syria.
